This site is meant to be a place for people to analyse and discuss the ongoing lawsuit: Kleiman v. Wright, and other issues related to the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto. The inspiration comes from the excellent Groklaw[*1] which was a similar forum covering the attacks of The SCO Group on the Linux operating system. It's a place for people with knowledge of software, cryptocurrencies, law, and the history of Bitcoin, to share knowledge and ideas.
The Kleiman lawsuit has been ongoing since Feb 2018, so this website is somewhat late to the party. But not much has actually happened yet, discovery is possibly in progress, and the trial is a long way off.
The court submissions are available here[*2] . Not all are available for free yet - if you have PACER access, please consider buying anything that is not yet freely available, and use the RECAP browser plugin to make it available to everyone else.
